Architectural Drafter

Job Duties: Meeting with clients to establish architectural design goals for the projects. Preparation of precedent images and concept materials for internal and client presentations. Production of design presentations, bringing concepts to 2D & 3D representation for client review. Assisting with field measuring and site evaluation on new projects. Assisting Project Manager with zoning, planning and permit sets and any subsequent corrections with local permit agencies. Coordinate drawing sets from professional consultants (structural engineer, landscape architect, MEP engineer, civil engineer. etc.) and provide suggestions or guidance when necessary. Track project tasks for multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced design environment. Monitor progress of construction, conducting regular site inspections to ensure builder compliance with design specifications from conceptual design through overall completion of projects. Skills and Requirements: U.S. Masters in Architecture. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, and Adobe Suite software Full-time. $75000 /year.
