Job Title: Architectural Drafter/Designer

Job type and Duration: Long-Term Contract

Our client, a global transportation organization, is looking to hire an Architectural Drafter/Designer to join their Corporate Real Estate team in Chicago, IL.

The Architectural Drafter/Designer will be hired for a long-term contract opportunity to assist with several responsibilities such as:
Layout
Floor planning
Area calculations
Area take-offs
Legends
Colors
Read plans and perform site reviews. Requirements:
Experience with area calculations, planning, site reviews, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam is a must.
Bachelors Degree with 7-10 years of experience is preferred for the role.
25% travel nationally is required.
3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. ESPO Corporation
