Architectural Associate

Conduct research on project requirements, local building codes, and zoning regulations. Assist in developing project programs and requirements based on client input and functional considerations. Develop conceptual and schematic designs under the supervision of a licensed architect. Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
