Job Details

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Architect to join our well-established and growing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, who is passionate about designing and creating innovative architectural solutions for Healthcare and Educational projects. With a deep understanding of building codes and design, the candidate will be responsible for leading the design development, construction drawings, and documentation of our projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing company while working on exciting and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, particularly medical offices, hospitals, and clinics.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, using Revit and other software to create detailed construction drawings.
• Oversee the construction administration, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects comply with these standards.
• Participate in project meetings and make site visits to monitor the progress of projects and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Licensed Architect
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architecture Industry, with a focus on medical / hospital projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, with a strong ability to create detailed construction drawings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Proven experience in design development, construction administration, and construction documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative approach to architectural design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
