OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- AR Specialist provides support for Accounts Receivable processes.
- Assist with general ledger tasks, focusing on accurate and timely data entry.
- AR Specialist collaborates with the Controller on Accounts Payable tasks and payroll processing.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to discuss and resolve open invoices.
- AR Specialist works closely with the Controller on various daily accounting responsibilities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal team members and external vendors.
- The AR Specialist must have moderate experience with Microsoft Excel.
- High level of integrity and honesty, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Versatility and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks on a day-to-day basis.
