OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Approve accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts
- AR Specialist reconciles cash receipts daily for accounts
- Processing customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments
- Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts
- AR Specialist applies customer payments to customer accounts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
- AR Specialist needs excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
