Key AR Specialist Responsibilities:

- Cash Mastery: Handle cash application and posting with precision.
- Reconciliation & Entries: Perform cash reconciliations and journal entries accurately.
- Collections: Aging review, analysis and B2B collections via phone and email

- Investigative Research: Conduct research to support financial accuracy.
- Organizational Guru: Manage scanning, physical filing, and adhoc reviews.
- Special Projects: Contribute to various projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

- Experience: 2+ years in accounts receivable.

- Tech-Savvy: Basic MS Excel skills, comfortable with larger ERP and working within multiple systems
