AR Consultant Responsibilities:
- Conduct day-to-day full-cycle accounts receivable maintenance to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts under your responsibility.
- Process credit memos and apply heavy cash application accurately and within established timelines.
- Take charge of loading deposits and manipulating data for account management.
- Engage in ad hoc AR-related projects as needed, displaying initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve outstanding account balances and discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of all AR activities and communications.

AR Consultant Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven background in full-cycle AR management, demonstrating strong capability in cash application and deposit loading.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency in managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and management, with the ability to adapt to various financial systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Local to the Denver area, with the commitment to work onsite.
