RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AR/BILLING SPECIALIST
- The AR/Billing Specialist will generate and send accurate invoices to clients on a timely basis
- Reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- The AR/Billing Specialist will be responsible for collecting paperwork and documents from various sources.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE AR/BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Proven experience as an AR/Billing Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
