OVERVIEW OF THE AR/BILLING MANAGER ROLE:
- Post accounts receivable and ensure smooth collections.
- AR/Billing Manager generates billing and crafts invoices for our valued clients.
- Seamlessly scan documents into our cutting-edge accounting system.
- The AR/Billing Manager will keep our financial data organized by updating Excel spreadsheets and managing accounts payable mail coding.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR/BILLING MANAGER ROLE:
- Proven general accounting experience (1-2 years).
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and various functions for accurate reporting.
- We're looking for an AR/Billing Manager that is self-motivate & eager to learn.
