OVERVIEW OF THE AR ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Work closely with customers to address and resolve issues related to credits, debits, and account inquiries.
- AR Associate assists in the registration of new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information.
- Handle daily cash management activities, including processing lockbox payments, online payments, wire transfers, and credit card payments.
- AR Associate posts and reconciles cash receipts to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform clerical duties such as printing invoices, filing, and organizing supplies as needed.
- AR Associate collaborates with the team to streamline administrative processes for efficiency.
- Utilize basic Excel functions for tasks such as summing, filtering, and sorting to support financial reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AR ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Moderate experience with Excel functions.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
- Associates degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
