IT Application Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead company in implementing, improving, managing, and supporting companies internal and member-facing technology applications
- Ensure all applications run effectively, efficiently, and meet users needs
- Oversee technical support and maintenance of applications, resolve issues, and ensure high quality customer service
- Lead projects for enterprise systems by working cross-functionally with business users, vendors, project managers, and otehr technical professionals
- Identify, support, prioritize, and resolve application issues
- Develop and oversee IT procedures, policies, and operations pertaining to application support, incident management, and change management
- Manage and lead system integrations ensuring all applications are running effectively and efficiently
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, end users, vendors, etc
- Identify technical pain points and translate business needs
- Assist in strategic planning and risk analysis
- Establish priorities for system upgrades
IT Application Support Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing the application support process
- Experience managing a small team effectively
- High level communication skills both internally and externally
- Proven work experience working with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management
- Familiar with application testing and quality assurance processes
- Experience working with cloud based software applications and services (Microsoft Azure)
- Strong experience with SQL queries
- Experience with .NET Framework including C is highly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
