Applications Developer with Security Clearance

Customer Labor Category: Applications Developer Customer Skill Level(s): Subject Matter Expert Position Description: Position is for a Cloud Engineer experience building a new network from the ground up. REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
- Work closely with Sponsor and PM to gather requirements and contribute to the development of network-related features.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions including Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and Monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience working across multi-cloud network environments.
- Apply your solid foundation of cloud networking using VNET, VPC, VPNs, firewalls, routing tables, ExpressRoutes, Direct Connects, networking protocols, and peering.
- Demonstrated experience with traffic engineering (AWS - VPC, transit gateway, CloudWatch and ELB) and (Azure - VNET, VPN gateway, Firewall, and Front Door).
- Have an understanding of cloud security principles and best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, firewall configurations, and network security groups.
- Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and security audits.
- Create detailed documentation of network designs and configurations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze network performance metrics.
- Stay abreast on latest cloud services, features, trends, and best practices and provide recommendations on their adoption.
- Demonstrated experience with A&A workflows and tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's security requirements and systems.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring system performance and recommending corrective action.
