Summary:
Since the launch of the new app the client is getting a TON of calls from guests regarding app issues. It could be as simple as my password won t reset to as complicated as my gift card funds are missing and then everything in between. The team is hoping to find a resource that can be the point person for these emails, engage with guests and troubleshoot their issues, and/or escalate redirect to other internal team members. The ideal candidate needs to be a blend of guest oriented, organized, personable, yet also technical enough to be able to troubleshoot app issues. This isn't coding or design it's end user support.
Manager Notes:
Customer facing calls and emails-resolving and reporting issues, answering questions and escalating to the right person/department
Try to resolve questions in-regards to the new launch/roll out of SK s application
Able to walk customers through the process of fixing their problem and resolving issues
Use MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Windows
If they have QSR , restaurant, or hospitality background that is a huge plus
They will be working on the digital marketing team
Needs some experience working with customers directly and needs some technical background, preferably having worked answering application issues
Must have excellent communication skills and great articulation and engagement skills
