Apex Systems is looking for an Application Support Analyst. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to Omaha, NE, and work onsite 5 days/week. If qualified, please send your resume to
Role:

•  Configure and support Agris software system, including the module OneWeigh
•  Responding to technical support calls and troubleshooting
•  Data integrity and review of databases
•  Implement business process improvement
•  Assist with testing software upgrades and patches
•  Proactively search for work that will stabilize all parts of the Agris environment
•  Maintain documentation. This includes site-specific configuration information, software installation steps, and procedures for various tasks
•  Provide break-fix remote support for all facilities Must have experience with the below:
•  Agris Software Systems
•  OneWeigh
•  Windows, Linux, and Oracle, experience
•  Database experience
•  Control M / BMC
•  Experience clearing a queue
•  Application support experience
•  Experience supporting a commercial application
