Application Administrator - Human Resources
DART First State, a division of DelDOT, has an immediate job opening at its Dover office for an Application Administrator reporting to the Application Support Manager overseeing PeopleSoft Human Resources. The Application Administrator performs specialized professional and technical analysis duties such as software specifications development and software integration or configuration of enterprise class software systems. The incumbent analyzes and translates the corporation's business requirements into system deployments. The incumbent will demonstrate technological skillsets and the ability to administer human resources modules as well as have a general understanding of state and federal mandates, including ADA, EEO, FMLA.
