Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appian Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of recent experience specifically as an Appian Architect.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Appian to digitize, optimize, and automate Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) strategies.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Appian s platform architecture to design and implement end-to-end transformative solutions.
- Lead teams by providing technical design guidance, ensuring adherence to development and database best practices.
- Make solution architecture decisions considering operability, performance, scalability, maintainability, and usability.
- Present solution options to clients, articulating the benefits and risks of each decision and solution clearly.
- Possess extensive knowledge of relational databases and hands-on experience implementing advanced Appian components and configurations.
- Manage resources within the client s internal team (e.g., database administrators, DevOps, quality assurance) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting issues escalated from junior Developers.
- Estimate Appian applications accurately.
- Awareness of other low-code features such as RPA and process mining is a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of recent experience as an Appian Architect.
- Strong understanding of Appian s platform architecture.
- Experience leading teams and providing technical guidance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Ability to estimate Appian applications accurately.
- Knowledge of other low-code features such as RPA and process mining is advantageous.
