Appeals Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Appeals Specialist:
- Perform appeal edits and create appeals in a variety of ebilling websites.
- Record all appeal activity within BillBlast to allow for meaningful reporting and analysis.
- Monitor status of billing appeals (i.e. making sure all billing attorneys have returned their appeal spreadsheets with appeal instruction.)
Preferred Qualifications for the Appeals Specialist:
- One year of legal billing experience in a law firm or other professional services organization.
- E-Billing experience a plus
