Job Title: App Systems Analysis/Programming Mgr 4 - JAVA

Senior full stack application developer with Java and relational data base experience to work in IT at the NJ Department of Education to enhance the Career and Technical Education Data Management System. Extends to June 2025.

Candidates for this position must be full stack developers with the following Minimum experience:

- Java(5+ years)

- Spring, with specific experience in Spring MVC and Hibernate (3+ years)

- Relational database (4+ years), Oracle a plus

- JavaScript(2+ years)

- CSS, preferably Bootstrap

Job duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Design and develop web application components in Java and related web technologies

- Implement relational database changes

- Perform data analysis

- Perform thorough developer-level testing

- Deploy software

- Support and maintain the application after launch

- Convert business requirements into technical implementation

- Follow Departmental standards and best practices

Bachelors in computer science or related field is mandatory.
