Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle of AP activities including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management
• Conduct regular audits of the AP system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Coordinate with the procurement team to reconcile purchase orders and invoices
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, highlighting any irregularities or areas of concern
• Collaborate with the finance team to forecast cash flow and manage the company's budget
• Resolve any accounts payable issues that may arise, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP department

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with AP in Property Management or Construction industry
• Yardi experience required
• Comfortable using Excel for basic functions

Must be able to work in our Anaheim office M-F 8am-5pm daily
