As the AP Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial landscape of the company.
Responsibilities of the AP Specialist:
- The AP Specialist will record the daily transactions of the organization in accordance with GAAP.
- The AP Specialist will assist with bank, credit card and cash reconciliations, intracompany journal entries and reconciliations
- The AP Specialist will process AP to support the financial statement production
- The AP Specialist will support and work with expense reports and any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements of the AP Specialist:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and working in the general ledger
- A very highly detail-oriented candidate is highly desired
- QuickBooks knowledge is highly desired
