AP and Payroll Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily sales postings and reconcile sales transactions
  • Verify and upload accounts payable invoices into our accounting system
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Process payroll efficiently and accurately, including handling garnishments
  • Maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goals
  • Handle sensitive financial and payroll information with confidentiality

AP and Payroll Specialist Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in accurate and dependable data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and payroll information
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required

AP and Payroll Specialist Position Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: $19-$21 per hour
