Responsibilities of the AP Clerk:

As an AP Clerk, you'll be at the heart of financial operations, making a real impact:

  • Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
  • Code invoices and expenses in alignment with the company's robust accounting policies.
  • Address and resolve issues related to invoice processing errors, collaborating closely with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Play a key role in vendor maintenance activities, setting up new vendors and conducting regular checks on requisitions.
  • Manage the AP inbox queue with precision and responsiveness.
