As an AP/AR Manager, you will take charge of optimizing their financial inflows and outflows, while also managing a team of talented professionals who are instrumental in maintaining their financial stability.
OVERVIEW OF THE AP/AR MANAGER ROLE:

Lead the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and other payables.

The AP/AR Manager oversees the AR process, collaborating with clients to expedite payments, resolve disputes, and maintain a healthy cash flow.

Manage the end-to-end AP/AR cycle, from invoice validation and approval to payment processing and collections.

Implement best practices and innovative strategies to optimize cash management and working capital.

Analyze and report on key AP/AR metrics, providing valuable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Foster strong relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any financial queries or concerns.

Stay abreast of industry trends and evolving regulations, continuously refining our AP/AR processes to maintain compliance and efficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP/AR MANAGER ROLE:
- Proven experience as an AP/AR Manager or similar role, with a track record of effectively managing financial transactions and leading a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of AP/AR principles, practices, and relevant software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
