Job Description
As an AP/AR Clerk, you will support the Accounting Department by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in nearly all functional areas and transactions.
- Accounts Payable: Process and organize invoices to ensure invoices are paid and received in a timely manner
- Accounts Receivable: Manage cash application, making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
- Continuously aid in making current processes more efficient and more effective
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally regarding payments or invoices to vendors and/or other 3rd party entities
- Assure timely collection of monies due, when applicable

As an AP/AR Clerk you will be expected to
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail within daily work assignment
- Thoroughly analyze and research information
- Showcase vast Microsoft Office knowledge
- Function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong technical knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
- Have 2-3 years of previous experience in an accounting or finance (ideally)
- Have bachelor's degree (preferred) (High School Diploma required)
