OVERVIEW OF THE AP ANALYST ROLE:
- The AP Analyst will oversee invoicing processes, including receiving, analyzing, and coding bills.
- The AP Analyst will process checks and manage financial aspects related to projects.
- The AP Analyst will maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for each project.
- The AP Analyst will be a part of fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP ANALYST:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in invoicing and check processing.
- Experience with general ledger.
- Experience with using excel.
