Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Process Lead is responsible for maintaining the anodizing process and wastewater treatment system in such a manner that these processes do not place any limitations on the safe and efficient manufacturing of a quality product. This position schedules and oversees a range of activities performed by your team of lab technicians and wastewater treatment operators , production associates, as well as maintenance staff and contractors.
Education/Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role preferred
• Successful completion of a post-secondary program (degree or diploma) recommended
• Minimum 1 year Anodizing or other metal finishing experience
• Knowledge of chemistry
• Computer literacy required (intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office)
