• Locums coverage needed starting as soon as credentialed
• Credentialing Length is approximately 3 months.
• Monday Friday 7am to 4pm , 8 hour days
• Coverage may be long term as they are recruiting for permanent doctor
• Must have pending or active Oregon License
• No call
• Board Certified Required
• BLS certified required
• No Supervision of CRNA s
• EMR: Epic
