No supervising CRNAs.
AVAILABLE FOR FULL TIME, PART TIME, OR PRN
-Schedule: M-F 7:30-4:30PM
-Casework: General Anesthesia
-Rate: $350/hr
-Will cover full travel, lodging, and malpractice
-Duration: 6 months
-Credentialing: 45-90 days
