- Dates: May 28-31, June 3-7, 10-14, 24-28, Early July
- Schedule: M-F, 7a-3p; 24-hour call 4-5 times per month (next day off)
- 300-bed hospital
- Case Types: Ortho, General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, Thoracic (no open hearts), Neurosurgery (spine only), OB (1000 annual deliveries), Regional blocks for total knee and some shoulder. Must do OB as CRNA's don't do epidurals.
- Certifications: IMLC or Active WV license, BC/BE
