Position Overview:
- Type: Hospital-Employed Anesthesiologist
- Location: Dual facilities (350-bed main hospital and 54-bed Women and Children s satellite hospital)
- Cases: Diverse range including OB/GYN, General, Orthopedics, Urologic, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, and Trauma (Level III)
- Operating Rooms: 16 in Main Hospital, 6 in Women s Hospital, plus a 5-room endoscopy suite
Team Composition:
- Joining an established team of 5 Physicians and 20 CRNAs
Schedule and Call:
- Day Float/Night Float System
- Average of 1 weekend call per month
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $600K
- Bonuses:
- Signing Bonus: $75K with 3-year commitment
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $25K for meeting 90th percentile ASA Unit metrics
- Benefits:
