As a member of Anduril Labs, you will organize and lead cross-company efforts to deliver our next generation of capabilities and serve as the lead individual for Anduril's relationship with Department of Defense Laboratories. The right person for this role has an extensive history working with organizations like the Air Force Research Lab, Office of Naval Research and DARPA. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and maintain the relationship between Anduril Divisions and Department of Defense Laboratories in order to identify new opportunities and provide strategic direction to Anduril teams across operations, engineering, and manufacturing. Build a cohesive, data-driven strategy within the RDT&E market to penetrate, expand, and deliver Anduril's best-in-breed warfighting capabilities. Own and guide the success of new RDT&E opportunities, establish technical and programmatic vision assemble cross-functional teams of internal and external subject matter experts within the Anduril Divisions, and communicate that vision to them. Foster a culture of trust, open communications, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement. Deliver on financial performance commitments and build strategic market growth initiatives. Engage with Anduril's Executive Team and Senior Leadership across the Company. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working at or with Department of Defense and/or IC Laboratories and Advanced Development orgs. Must possess and be able to maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security clearance. Experience creating cross-functional teams and aligning them around a common vision and objectives. Experience with government business development, government contract structures, and government proposal processes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred candidate is based out of Washington DC but we could be open to someone based out of another East Coast office. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
