Analytical Scientist

Job Description

The candidate must function well and be able to collaborate in a fast-paced, integrated, multidisciplinary team environment in a laboratory-based role.

Perform analytical assays on various vaccine process intermediates, products and related experimental samples utilizing one or more of the following techniques: Separation-based assays (HPLC, UPLC, CE, SDS-PAGE)

Plate based characterization (ELISA, enzymatic activity)

Absorbance (UV-vis) and fluorescence protein quantification

Laboratory responsibilities include preparation of buffers and testing reagents.

Testing documented in electronic laboratory notebooks and corresponding data review.

Maintain records and test results following good manufacturing practices (GMP).
