Position is for third shift (10P-630A) and some mandatory weekend OT
" Performs, interprets and evaluates chemical and microbiological analyses
" Monitors trends and summarizes analytical and microbiological information
" Monitors, calibrates, and maintains laboratory equipment and ensures appropriate levels of quality supplies
" Facilitates quality improvement and problem solving
Quals
" Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
" Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives
" You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
" You have a Bachelor s degree in a science related field of study or extensive micro laboratory/brewing experience (Preferred degrees in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cereal Science, Microbiology, Food Science, Agronomy, and Chemical Engineering).
" You have at least 6 months experience (negotiable) in quality related processes. I would be open to college graduates looking for experience and their first opportunity.
" You have knowledge of the principles and techniques of microbiology and chemistry
" You exhibit knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrument maintenance, calibration and trouble shooting
" You have working knowledge of statistical methods and computer skills
