CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Analytic Developer to support our Intelligence Community customers. The day-to-day:
As an Analytic Developer you will be working in a variety of environments; you'll develop analytics, pull data from multiple cyber sources, as well as classic SIGINT. These analytics will be used in standard presentation systems throughout the enterprise to support missions throughout the world covering a variety of subjects. You will be developing prototypes, answering new questions, as well as providing better answers to existing questions. You will be working directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment. This position is perfect for someone who likes to work in an environment that uses leading technologies in a fast-paced arena. The qualifications (required):

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph

• This customer will review and accept multiple levels of Systems Engineering experience:

• Eight (08) years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity; experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related discipline may be substituted for four (04) years of general experience.
• Five (05) years of additional SA experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

• Five (05) years of experience in software-intensive projects and programs for government or industry customers.

• Six (06) years of experience developing software with high level languages (such as Java, C, C ), and at least three (03) years developing software in UNIX/Linux (RedHat versions 3-5+) and software integration and testing (to include developing and implementing test plans and scripts).

• Four (04) years of experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL) such as H Base, CloudBase/Accumulo, Big Table, etc., as well as Map Reduce programming model, the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), and technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Etc.

• Demonstrated work experience with 1) Serialization such as JSON and/or BSON, 2) developing restful services, and 3) using source code management tools The nice-to-haves (desired, not required):

• Experience with Java is required.

• Experience with Java Map Reduce/GHOSTMACHINE is strongly preferred.

• Experience with Python and Jupyter Notebook is preferred.

• Experience developing software in a Linux environment.
