Job Description Opsource has partnered with a growing metal facility that is looking for a
TIG welder to join their team on 1st Shift.
JOB TITLE: Aluminum Welder
SHIFT:
1 st shift 5:30am - 4pm Mon-Friday PAY RATE: Starting pay is $18-20 /hr.
Summary Production TIG welding parts from a fixture.
Responsibilities: - Requires horizontal and vertical welding
- Requires manual dexterity and mechanical ability.
- Physical fitness and agility are also needed.
- Set up welding equipment and tools
- Review blueprints for specifications
- Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of different widths
- Finish and inspect products for quality
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Must pass a weld test.
- Must have prior Welding experience.
- High school diploma or GED a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Willing to work overtime if needed.
- Willing to work some weekends if needed.
- Be Dependable
