• Perform alterations and pressing tasks in alignment with View Cleaners guidelines and service standards
• Complete workload efficiently, address customer needs promptly, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Achieve department and individual productivity targets by adhering to established processes and procedures
• Utilize store technology effectively to manage and coordinate customer alteration requirements
• Exceed customer expectations through collaboration and teamwork with the Alterations & Store Team
• Demonstrate our core values in all customer interactions
• Engage in effective communication with customers
• Arrive promptly for client appointments
• Maintain a clean work area
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Work closely with the Alterations & Store Team to deliver exceptional service and surpass customer expectations through teamwork Qualifications:
• Previous sewing and pressing experience
• Clear, professional communication with coworkers and customers
• The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• A willingness to learn, and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery, and standard alterations equipment
• The ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
• Proven expertise in alterations and custom sewing
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with store technology tools is a plus Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
