Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Education: High School or Equivalent Job Description The All Source Intelligence Analyst performs tasks and meets deadlines required to support the MARSOC G-2, Team Lead of G-22, Uniformed Team Lead, Site Lead, and Assigned Mentor through managing and driving of analytic requirements for the Area of Responsibility (AOR). Collect, analyze, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple sources in assessing relevance and significance of AOR developments. Utilize a variety of tools, databases, techniques, and sources of information to build out a picture of entities of interest. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Define critical intelligence topics, initiate comprehensive research efforts, and analyze intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications to Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and U.S. interests in the specified AOR Prepare, present, and defend positions on analytic assessments through written products and concise briefings (specifically addressing the Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF) and the significance to MARSOC/U.S. interests as a whole) Drive analytic assessment and production requirements leveraging the full spectrum of intelligence disciplines across the Intelligence Community (IC) Network within the IC and DoD to establish new contacts to collaborate with on compatible topics via VTCs/email exchanges Interface with domestic and overseas personnel as well as internal and external stakeholders to prioritize efforts and identify entities of interest Communicate effectively within the G-22 team on all tasks Assist with identifying intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps, evaluate intelligence collected in response to requirements Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate data from multiple sources in assessing relevance and significance of AOR developments Plan, coordinate, and synthesize research from other analysts to prepare all-source intelligence products and respond to non-routine problems Required Qualifications Possess a Current TS/SCI 5 years' experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Multi Source Analyst, or Fusion Analyst Demonstrate understanding and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) Demonstrate the ability to work in a team setting working with and without direction from leadership. Demonstrate flexibility and discipline to work on several tasks at once Demonstrate the ability to identify and understand strategic intelligence gaps in the AOR Demonstrate and ability to effectively communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to the customer both written and oral Must show ability to present information to customer personnel in a professional manner in different settings, i.e. briefings, emails.
