Aircraft Mechanic

Job Overview:

Skybridge Aviation is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team as an AOG mechanic in Gulfport, MS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on corporate business jets to ensure airworthiness.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance on aircraft systems and structures
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
- Conduct regular inspections to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure aircraft safety and functionality

Skills:

- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance, specifically working on corporate business jets
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR)
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant License
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience:
Aircraft maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant License (Preferred)

Gulfport, MS: Relocate before starting work (Required)
