This role is critical in driving quality improvement for products impacting over 1 billion customers, and is crucial to crafting the highest quality user experience that Apple customers expect and love. Key Qualifications
•   8+ years of experience in driving large scale program building machine learning powered product
•   Excellent program management skills including program structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
•   Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+)
•   Strong analytical skills and a curiosity to peel the onion to discover opportunities for impact and better user experience
•   Capability to work across a large number of teams to enforce process and efficient outcomes in a data-driven environment
•   Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation and influence Description - Build and run project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Handle risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams- Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to define human annotation requirements vital to launch and maintain premier Apple software products- Work with data science and data engineering teams to develop data collection and evaluation solutions- Work with annotation operation teams to optimize and lead human data collection and evaluations efforts.- Work with engineering, privacy, and legal teams to develop safe data collection- Work with research teams to develop long-term evaluation solutions Education & Experience BS/MS in EE/CS/CE or equivalent
•   At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,400.00 and $268,200.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
