5 hour drive of a major urban area.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- 2- or 4-year Agronomy or Ag-related degree preferred- Minimum 1 year of Agronomy Sales experience; employer will also train a solid farm individual with outgoing sales personality- Previous internships or experience crop scouting and identifying pests and weeds a real PLUS- Good knowledge/understanding of corn, soybeans, sugar beets; possibly wheat- Experience with current crop protection, fertilizer and seed products- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation- Class A CDL beneficialJOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an established Agronomy Sales/Services provider in southwestern Minnesota who is looking to hire a Sales Agronomist. Our client has preference for an individual experienced at Agronomy sales, however, they are also willing to train a good farm individual with outgoing sales personality.
