We re hiring an Agronomy Back Office Specialist to join our team in Bouton, Iowa (about 35 miles northwest of Des Moines). In this role, you will be responsible for back-office agronomy tasks including planning, mapping, and accounting. You will contribute to farmers success by managing integrated systems that make our company s services more efficient.

What you will be doing:
- Agronomy back-office duties such as planning, mapping, accounting, etc.
- Using spatial management software to manage mapping accuracy and fertility mapping including John Deere Operations Center, EFC FieldAlytics, and Ag Leader SMS.
- Generating crop plans for growers and organizing bookings to support sales staff.
- Tracking fertilizer and chemical prices, programs, and supply.
- Overseeing inventory and billing to close out each month.
This job is for you if you have:
- An Associate or Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in spatial management software is preferred, but not required.
- Computer efficiency with Microsoft Excel experience.
- Self-starter with the ability to generate new ideas.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
