Responsibilities Peraton is looking to hire a Agile Systems Product Owner for our CI/CD group supporting the Tomahawk Weapon System (TWS). This is a hybrid position (Typical week is 3 days remote/2 days onsite). Worksite is in Santa Clara, CA. As a Product Owner you will be responsible for expanding our use of automation in development and deployment of our products. The CI/CD pipeline will maintain alignment with the DoD's DevSecOps principals and ensure governance of Peraton's application of DevSecOps. What you'll do: Use the Scaled Agile Framework to deliver
Develop and maintain a roadmap for Peraton's CI/CD pipeline.
Write Features and User Stories for the team backlog.
Work with the team during PI Planning events to propose work for the next PI
Collaborate with agile team members to ensure Program Increment commitments are maintained.
Document the CI/CD pipeline identifying conformance to DoD's DevSecOps Guidebook
Ensure automated deployment, along with manual installation instructions, result in a properly configured system
Interface with external Business, Engineer, and Customer representatives to ensure the CI/CD vision is being met and establish program priorities
Collaborate with stakeholders in the Software Development Lifecycle (SW Development, System Test, Security, CM) to ensure all needs are met within the pipeline
Define and maintain the Continuous Integration pipelinesQualifications What you'll need: Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
2 years Experience with Agile Systems
Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
Familiarity of both Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with Open Source middleware products
Ability to write features and user stories with well defined descriptions and definition of done
Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
