Senior Agile Project Manager SAP S/4HANA
Location-San Francisco, CA
Job Type-Long Term
Requirements:

• 10+ years of Project Management, ideally with experience in S/4HANA or other ERP implementations
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, from inception through implementation
• Plan, schedule, estimate, coordinate, manage, and deliver projects within our waterfall and agile hybrid delivery methodologies
• Create, track, and own status project plans including milestone schedules, scope, resource plans, budgets and cross functional dependencies
• Capture, publish, and follow-up on meeting notes, action items, and other internal team communications
• Demonstrated hands-on experience; ability to quickly identify critical decision points and any potential project risks, provide solutions to team.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels
• Effectively collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organization
• Experience with stakeholder management, negotiations, problem solving, working with business owners and understanding of business processes (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory)
• Demonstrated experience in leading diverse and cross functional teams
• Proven experience in preparing updates, presentations, communications, leading Steering Committee meetings at the executive level
• Must be an astute communicator, possess strong business acumen and can influence cross-collaborative teams
• Understand downstream impact of issues and effectively and proactively inform and escalate to key stakeholders
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment with critical deadlines to meet.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills. Must have a positive can-do attitude and dedication to professionalism with dedicated work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Education: BA/BS
