Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Senior Technical Lead supporting AFLCMC WIN Sensors program within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. What you will be doing: Supervising, leading, and coaching Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance Ensuring technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner Organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects Ensuring quality products, including reports and services are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies Reviewing, validating, and approving staff timesheets and travel requests Collaborating with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues Coordinating and facilitating team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives Assisting in Apogee hiring, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, and retention initiatives Ensuring staff are qualified and cleared to meet customer performance requirements Coordinating contractor travel and other direct costs with the Government Monitoring one-time and periodic contractor training requirements and other compliance issues established in the task order and Apogee policy What you will need: Security Clearance Required: Secret Possess one of the following education and experience combinations: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Benefits: Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with a HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
