The Aegis PQS/RTM Analyst role requires candidates to have three to six (3-6) years' experience onboard a U.S Navy AEGIS Weapon System Baseline 5 or higher ship serving as a Fire Controlman AEGIS. Additional Requirements & Qualifications: - Understanding of Electronic Classroom (ECR) environments to include ECR LAN webpages and My Navy Portal (MNP) Community of Practice (COP) functionality. - Ability to demonstrate experience in the analyses of change recommendations and determination of impact on system readiness and user functionality pertaining to both USN and FMS issues. - Knowledge in releasability and disclosure issues for FMS pertaining to training tools and material. Desired Skills: - Associates degree or higher - Familiarity in the development of Personnel Qualifications Standards and Rate Training Manuals. - Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. - Should be a self-starter; with minimal to no oversight needed to complete assignments - Must have the capability to work in a dynamic work atmosphere where there is a need to be cooperative with a diverse team of different skillsets - Must be able to manage their time wisely, as they are required to complete the assigned projects within the given time - Must be a quick learner who adapts easily to frequently changing requirements and thrives in an exciting environment. Responsibilities in this position include, but are not limited to: - Provides analysis support in the drafting and update to Aegis related Personnel Qualifications Standards (PQS) requirements and Rate Training Manual (RTM) documentation. - Assists in implementation of Aegis PQS and RTM requirements introduction as part of the USN surface training efforts. - Ability to apply Aegis operational and system rating expertise in properly categorizing and developing PQS and RTM requirements.
