Duties:
Work with a group of software developers in the discipline of reservoir navigation and formation mapping. Work with Data Scientists and Machine Learning teams to develop automated reservoir navigation algorithms. Support the validation of the new product and the integration into commercial software packages. Deliver technology development projects in collaboration with oil and gas operators in the discipline of reservoir navigation and formation mapping software. Help define short-, medium- and long-term strategic developments at the Company Headquarter level for well placement services. Actively participate in patent activities for technology development within reservoir navigation and geosteering automation disciplines.

Requirements:
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Geoscience, Petroleum Engineering, or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of related experience in developing and deploying oil and gas reservoir navigation technologies using deep and ultra-deep azimuthal electromagnetic systems.

Position also requires:
1. Experience with deep-water reservoir navigation jobs
2. Experience with operating Deep and Ultra-Deep Azimuthal Electromagnetic Sensors in downhole environment
3. Experience in developing and maintaining reservoir navigation software
4. Experience in data science disciplines for downhole automation
5. Experience in developing logging-while-drilling downhole equipment
6. Advanced knowledge in data inversion techniques
