Advanced Quality Inspector with Security Clearance

Our DOD/Aerospace client is looking to fill an Advanced Quality Inspector (Secret Clearance) position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role you will inspect parts, materials, assemblies and equipment for compliance to specified requirements and perform real-time defect evaluation. This will require the preparation of QA documentation along with the verification of corrective action implementation and rework. To be considered, you will have a High School Diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. You must also be a US Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance. Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position: Advanced Quality Inspector (Secret Clearance)
Pay Rate: $32.80/hour
Duration: 12-24 months with possibility of going direct/permanent
Schedule: 2nd Shift NOTE: AN ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF HIRE ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: Utilizing your strong knowledge of electrical theory, the Advanced Quality Inspector will inspect parts, materials, assemblies and equipment for compliance to specified requirements and perform real-time defect evaluation. This will require the preparation of QA documentation along with the verification of corrective action implementation and rework. We will rely on your strong communication skills to interface with coworkers, internal customers and potentially suppliers. Requirements:
-A High School diploma or the equivalent required; Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical engineering preferred
-Minimum of 4 years directly related experience
-J-STD 001, 002, IPC 610 certifications will be required, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications may be required
-Solid knowledge of ESD control, workmanship standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and statistics and process control techniques
-Skilled in the set-up of basic electronic test configurations or mechanical test configurations
