Job Description
Manage rate of participant non-compliance;
Liaison between Managers and Staff for compliance;
Schedule individual supervision sessions with staff at least quarterly;
Participate in monthly unit meetings;
Ensure ongoing and open communication with staff and peers;
Ensure that application process is completed and initiated in database/software in a timely fashion as required by contract;
Review comprehensive service plans;
Ensure that case managers are monitoring client's progress toward goal of self-sufficiency;
Other duties as assigned.
