ADON/MDS Coordinator-RN Job Qualifications:
- RN/LPN in CO or in compact state
- CPR certified
- Supervisor experience
- Prefer at least 1 year experience as a RN/LPN
ADON/MDS Coordinator-RN Job Duties:
- Assist the DON with day to day supervisory functions. Coordinate and assist with completion and submission of accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, and Care Plans
- Follow state and federal guidelines
- Follow facility policies and procedures
